The Raiders (3-0) came out flat in the first half and the Bulldogs took advantage of it and went to the half up 28-0. Jay Stanton got the scoring started with a 68-yard TD run and the Voisin brothers had back to back 69-yard TD receptions to end the first quarter scoring. Marquis McCoy would add a 29-yard TD reception in the second quarter.

Navarre finally got on the board on a 3-yard run by Dante Wright at the 8:24 mark of the third quarter, but the Raiders still trailed 28-7 going to the fourth. At 9:59, Wright scored his second from 10 yards out and two minutes later, Josh Carter would score from 8 yards out to cut the lead to 28-20. Navarre got the ball back and Carter tallied his second rushing TD of the game and with a successful two-point conversion, the game was tied at 28. The Raiders were not finished as Wright gave them the lead on a 11-yard run with 2:07 on the clock.

That was enough time for the Bulldogs to drive down the field and tie the game up with 33 seconds left on a 3-yard run by Stanton sending the game to overtime. Crestview went on offense to start the overtime period, but the possession was short lived as Carter stepped in front of a Jack Corbin pass and now all the Raiders needed was a score of any type to pull off the comeback win. Wright took care of that as he scored his fourth rushing TD of the night from nine yards out to send the Navarre faithful home in jubilation.

Marlon Courtney III finished the night 15-29 for 186 yards and Quinn Caballero hauled in two receptions for 96 yards. Wright had six receptions for 78 yards.

Jack Corbin led the Bulldogs offense as he went 14-27 for 256 yards and three TDs. Jaden Voisin with five receptions for 108 yards and a score and Jay Stanton added 128 yards rushing on 23 carries and two TDs.

Xayvion Thomas led the Raider defense with eight tackles (5 solo/3 assists/2 TFL) and Mitchell Hunt had three of Navarre’s nine tackles for loss on the night.
