99 days to kickoff of the 2023 Florida HS football season as the Navarre Raiders will host the Catholic Crusaders on 25 Aug 2023 at the comfy confines of Bennett C. Russell Stadium.

99 games ago – Choctaw 28, Navarre 21 (Playoffs – 2013)

Choctaw…7 7 14 0 – 28
Navarre…0 13 0 8 – 21

In the first meeting of the season, the Indians built up a 28-0 lead, only to see it slip away in the second half in a 35-28 loss. Choctaw jumped out to 14-13 lead to the half, then tacked on 14 unanswered in the third quarter to stretch the lead out to 15 and never really looked back. The Raiders would cut it to seven in the fourth, but that would be as close as they would get, ending their season at 7-5.

99th win in school history – Navarre 42, Booker T. Washington 0 (2015)

Navarre…14 21 0 7 – 42
B.T Washington…0 0 0 0 – 0

Unfortunately, in this contest the Raiders lost the services of Michael Carter for the remainder of his junior season due to an injury in the second quarter. But, Hasaan Williams would be the next man up and he helped lead Navarre to their first undefeated regular season.
