The Bulldogs dominated the first half as they jumped out to a 28-0 halftime lead. But, the Raiders ran off 35 straight points (28 in the fourth quarter) to take their first lead. Jay Stanton would score with 33.3 seconds left in the game for Crestview to tie it back up at 35 to send it to overtime.
 
Joshua Carter would then intercept a Jack Coburn pass in overtime and then the Raiders would end it on a nine yard run by Dante Wright. Wright finished the night with four rushing touchdowns.
 
37th win in school history – Navarre 21, Choctaw 14 (2006)
 
The Raiders (5-2) went on the road and took down the Indians for their third straight win. With this victory they tied the record for most wins in a season (2001 & 2003) in the short history of Navarre.

He needed to accomplish that as Niceville’s Jack White was a one man wrecking crew (12-21, 221 yards, 2 TDs & 15 carries, 190 yards, 2 TDs). Ryan Romar had six receptions for 146 yards and a score for
the Eagles as well.
 
Dante Wright had four receptions for 144 yrds & 3 touchdowns and Quinn Caballero added seven receptions for 107 yards.

The Raiders (2-0) went on the road and defeated the Jaguars in Week 2. WRs Chris Weaver and Kyle Irby were QB Austin Grimm’s primary targets in 2007. Kyle went on to play at Brevard College (NC) and Georgia State University (GA). Chris still holds the Navarre record for most receiving yards in a season (973), receptions in a season (67) and receptions in a game (13); all accomplished in 2007.
