Alabama State/Tate Alum softball player Mykamia Padgett has received news that she has to have heart surgery. All proceeds for the upcoming softball tournament will go towards her open heart surgery & travel to Nemour’s Children in Orlando.
 
The softball tournament will take place at the NEP Ballpark in Pensacola on 13 June 2026. Each team that enters will be guaranteed three games.
